Shipping:

• Orders placed before 3 PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

• Delivery takes 2-3 hours after purchased, depending on location.

• Tracking will be sent via email or text.

• LunLuxx is not responsible for postal delays or incorrect address entries.

Returns:

• No refunds.

• Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, and damage

  • With all tags attached

To start a return:
Contact us with your order number and reason. Once approved and received, store credit will be issued or exchange processed.
